These Terms govern your purchase and use of products and services offered under the trading name Talveo.

Products and services

Talveo provides digital products, online memberships, and information services. Descriptions and prices are shown at the point of purchase.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as TALVEO. By completing a purchase you authorise the total amount shown at checkout.

Access to digital products

Access to digital products or memberships is provided after successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address for delivery.

Refunds

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you are unhappy with a purchase, contact support@talveo.net. Statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law are unaffected by these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the services for unlawful purposes. Digital products are licensed for your personal use and may not be redistributed without permission.

Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision.
